  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Took 20 minutes to take our drink order, another 15 to receive said drinks. Then we ordered mozzarella sticks and chips, 25 minutes later got the sticks NO chips. Finally placed our food order which we had to track our waitress down to place our order (still waiting on our chips and drink refill). 20 minutes went by ... asked waitress about the chips, finally received them. Took 30 more minutes for our COLD food to arrive.The were too old and hard to eat. Never did get the drink refills or condiments for our burger. My 1 year old had to wait 2 hours for her meal, as larger tables who came in after us received and paid before us. What a joke.

  The kitchen is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow. Went in for lunch......left without lunch......AGAIN. I don't know why I try at all anymore. The waiter this time, however, was excellent. He went into the kitchen about every 5 minutes to check on our food that never came. Finally about an hour in, he told us our food was about 20 minutes from being ready. The manager on duty sat on her cell phone pretty much the entire time we were there, and did not attempt to help the staff at all. Don't waste your time.
