  Very rude and extremely poor service. Closed before closing time. I went inside and an employee yelled "we're closed!" Then tried to argue when I said that that their "open" sign is still on. Then she said "well, the ice cream is soft," and the she pointed out that her coworker ia counting the draw. While this is going on, there are four guys and one girl eating ice cream. Why would you have the draw wide open and counting money while customers are in there. So that you can be robbed?!?! We asked for corporate number...we asked more than once. Finally received the number and asked for the employee's name....she said "Kim." I'm truly don't believe that is her name. The shift manage kept saying she's new....I guess she was saying that not to take responability for what was taking place before her. This location always closes early...usually 5 to 7 minutes early. Not good business. Unprofessional.
