  I use to love this Panera location, but it has truly taken a drastic tumble. This location is lacking customer service and great leadership/management ability. Many of the employees do not take pride in their job, in the preparation of food, and how they treat their customers. Since the installation of the fast lane (the touchscreen pads you can order on) employees and management rush to tell customers "order in the fast lane" as they rush off to talk or do nothing. I watched an elderly woman continuously struggle on the machine and when an employee finally came over, the employee begrudgingly took her order, as if she was an inconvenience. The location needs an attitude adjustment and some professional development training immediately.

  My only issue is that this location can't alays handle how busy it can get. Not necessarily the staff, but the physical location. The building is small, the parking lot is even smaller. I have often left due to parking issues. I work nearby and out of all of my options, Panera is my favorite. But tends to be inconvenient when I am on a tight schedule.
