  Good location, good food, good staff, but poor decisions on upper management's part. If you hit it around prime time without a reservation expect to wait 10-15 minutes which is perfectly acceptable. What isn't acceptable is that they will cram you and party into an overflow area where you are only 3 feet away from another group and impossible to have private conversation. I understand the business idea of making as much money as possible, but doing so at the expense of customer satisfaction is a poor move. If I had made a reservation and been put in the overflow area (and I saw that they had some tables reserved there) I would be extremely unhappy.
  
  I would love to give this location 5 stars, but they need to stop putting people elbow to elbow and instead increase wait times or increase the size of their location.
